Holiday gifting should feel easy — so here’s everything you need to know about ordering from Alpine Fit during the holiday season. Thank you so much for being here and for supporting our small, women-led business.

How quickly do orders ship?

We know how important it is to get gifts on their way quickly this time of year. We’re currently packing orders within 24 hours of receiving them and shipping orders no later than the second business day after they’re placed.

As we get closer to the holiday shipping cutoff, we’re working hard to reduce turnaround times even further whenever possible. Thank you so much for shopping with us and for your patience during the busy holiday season.


How quickly do you respond to customer service emails?

We’re endeavoring to respond to all customer service emails within 24 hours. We read every message and truly appreciate your understanding during this high-volume time of year.


What carriers do you ship with?

We typically ship orders using UPS Ground or USPS Ground, depending on destination and delivery efficiency. During the holiday season, we closely monitor estimated delivery timelines and will upgrade shipping service levels (such as USPS Priority Mail or similar) when needed to help ensure timely arrival.


Do you ship orders daily during the holidays?

Yes. During the holiday shipping season, we have daily pickups or making daily runs to UPS and/or USPS locations during their business hours to keep orders moving as quickly as possible.


What is the holiday order cutoff for delivery by Christmas?

To give your gifts the best chance of arriving in time to go under the tree, please place your order by:

🎄 December 17th at 11:59pm PST

For orders placed by this time, we’ll select a UPS or USPS shipping method that the carrier indicates would arrive before Christmas.

While we can’t control carrier delays once packages leave our hands, we promise to:

  • Pack orders promptly

  • Have packages be picked up or drop off shipments daily during business hours

  • Choose a reliable shipping option we are confident in to make it to you on time
