Ordering & Shipping

Yes! Your amazing gear is coming! We lovingly pack all our orders by hand and ship them out within 1-3 days.

We typically use USPS Priority and First Class package mail with tracking, depending on the package size and weight, unless you select a different shipping method at checkout.

Our workshop location is in Anchorage, Alaska, the same place where we design, develop and make our products – and get out on the trails to field test! Mail from Anchorage, within Alaska or to the lower 48 states, usually takes 1-3 days after shipping with typical USPS Priority and First Class package options.

We offer curbside pickup in Anchorage as well as shopping at our workshop entry way.

Prices on our website are listed in US Dollars.

For orders $99 USD or more in value, we offer free shipping (USPS Priority or First Class Package with tracking, method depends on size and weight). For orders under $99, shipping rates within the U.S. for one of our accessories is typically $3 to $4 dollars. 

We can ship orders internationally to Canada and abroad. Shipping is free for orders over $150 value (in USD). Shipping times vary by destination. International duties and taxes are not something we have the ability to anticipate or cover, if you order a U.S. made product from the U.S. your country will have its own set of regulations determining if you need to pay customs and duties on your delivery.
