Warranty/Return Policy

Fit
We love offering a variety of fit options in our clothing, but we understand that shopping by ‘fit’ is not yet common practice. After consulting our fit and size guides, if you are still unsure about what fit is right for you, we encourage you to contact us directly at workshop@alpienfit.com and our customer service team will be happy to help! In our clothing items, if you do happen to choose a fit that doesn’t feel ‘just right’ on your body, you are welcome to exchange your garment at no cost until you find the perfect fit. We will gladly send you a free shipping label. For returns we will refund the item price paid less the cost of shipping. Please note that there are two styles that are not included in this fit/exchange guarantee: the underwear styles Athletic Thong and Athletic Hipster, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For all item return or exchanges please contact us at workshop@alpinefit.com with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange and wish to receive instead, and/or any special requests or questions you may have. We will send you a free shipping label within the U.S. and gladly cover the cost of mailing you the replacement item. Please note: if you plan to mail it yourself, some courier services charge a LOT to mail items across the country – please contact us for help before spending a ton on return shipping! For shipments outside the U.S. please contact us ahead of time. Please make all requests for returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Performance
We design and make our products with care and we stand behind each piece of gear we make. If you are unsatisfied with the performance of your garment for any reason, let us know within 60 days and we’ll refund your order minus the cost of shipping. Please contact us with a description (and photo if possible!) at workshop@alpinefit.com to arrange for a refund. At all times, we gladly welcome feedback (positive and constructive) about our products and how we can improve your experience as a valued customer.
For Life
We support repairs, including free repairs, for the lifetime of our products as well as alterations (free hemming and sleeve shortening, for example) upon request.

Sale Item Returns
Mystery Bundles are Final Sale. For all other items, see below for details!
From time to time we may have promotions or sales. We try to be as supportive as possible with returns and exchange at all times. However, all purchases on sale should be considered final sale, so please make an informed decision when you purchase. Offering a sale is a challenge for a small brand. But, we will do our best to accomodate you if you truly need to exchange something you purchased during the sale. We ask that there are no returns for refunds, just exchanges for another item or credit. Please double-check sizing and product details before checking out. If you need help, we’re here! Email workshop@alpinefit.com. We are as generous as we can possibly be with our returns and exchanges, please help us stay this way!
Holiday Gift Returns
All holiday gifts purchased after October 1st can avail of our extended holiday return/exchange policy. We kindly ask that all returns from holiday gift purchases be initiated by January 10th. Thank you!
