Where to begin this time?
The highlight of the month was connecting with friend, and woman-owned apparel brand owner Mallory from Youer during her visit from Montana. We held a co-hosted pop up shopping evening at our Alpine Fit shop-in-shop inside AK Cycle Chic with the three of our businesses plus Skhoop! So fun, and it was great to see all the friendly faces come by for a visit and to shop woman-led brands!
We also snuck away for a 3 day backcountry skiing weekend, and had a blast despite warmer than normal temps for February. One of my favorite winter getaways, is a ski cabin in the the woods on the side of a mountain with friends, family, and comforting food!

We are working on product development for summer styles and future seasons - some new fabrics, new style ideas, and revisions on old favorites we haven’t made in a while. The new Regional Administrator Beto Yarce for the US Small Business Administration came for a visit at our workshop again on his visit to small businesses in Alaska! This followed us winning the Woman Owned Small Business of the Year Award for Alaska
